KWM bushing height

Does anyone know the rationale for some of the bushing heights that KWM uses? Ex 1.7 and 1.9 mm. It seems to me that 2.0 mm makes more sense as that is standard for a lot of plate thicknesses. Also 2.7 mm. It would seem 3.0 makes more sense.

For me, if I'm cutting my own oil well, slightly more height makes good sense. If one is trying to get a good fit without altering the bushing, a slightly shorter bushing may fit a pre-existing oil well better. I don't stock 1.7mm. My supplies are 1.4, 1.9, 2.7 and a few 4.0. If I can't make those work I think it's time to turn my own.
