I got 5 bucks off the asking price for this wall clock today at an estate sale.

When it rains it pours! That's the second of this type that I have picked up in a week's time :D

Now I just gotta figure out a proper suspension & pendulum leader. Heck! I am just glad that this one came with a pendulum.

The unsigned (at least on the rear) movement looks pretty clean :D

I was hoping to please ask for a lead on the pendulum suspension spring and pendulum leader for this movement..... if someone could please help it would be appreciated & I will get her running again.

I pulled the movement and snapped a few more pics. There are no other markings than shown above on the movements backside.

Pretty clean, eh :?|

OK, take this one. :D

Any old pendulum spring that fits, will do the job.
If you can't get an original leader, make one, drill a hole into
it, that fits and, voila! it will run...

These clocks were called "Heimuhren" (home clocks) in the late
1960s, mid 1970s.

I am going to give that a try :thumb:

I might have one or two springs laying around.... the pickin's are mighty slim with regard to German bits, however.

The pendulum spring should look like these.
They are the more or less standard type for most
German clocks.

Thank you - I have one like that and will give it a try! Sorry, I am on my iPhone so no "thumbs up" smiley!

Well I was able to locate a pendulum leader and spring. The seller sent me a photo of one offn' a Kienenger Grandmother clock. I thought that it was "close enough to work with a modification or two. Turned out to be spot on & I got this one running for less than 10 bucks in parts for a total of 30 bucks invested in this one.

Thank you Roland from Ronell Clock Company for your personal help and attentive service!

I got her up alongside my other chain drivers & she is up and ticking away quite nicely, indeed!

Thought that I'd go ahead and post a couple of photos of my first year of collecting..... some more clocks are remote, so not all are pictured.

I just bought my first chiming wall clock. You have a tremendous collection! If that happens to me in just one year, my wife will surely divorce me!
