Kienenger won’t strike or chime

I have a cable driven nested 9 bell movement in a hand built cherry g’mother case that will not chime or strike any suggestion? At least, I think it s a kienenger.

What is needed is to find a competent and honest clock repair person. If you can provide a zip code or something, it will be helpful.

Pretty hard to guess anything when it may or may not be a Kieninger.

"Hand made" (?) most kit clocks are from the 1970s or thereabouts. So, they are long overdue for service/repair.

Get that checkbook out and try to do what Mark suggested.
