    Opinions needed please.
First time posting here. Hope the pics are showing up okay.
The works are marked Keystone #577789, the case has an etched train on the front and is marked, "Warranted fine solid gold". (There is also a four leaf clover underneath this). I'm curious if gold fill or solid gold. Tests good but my jeweler questions if gold since "warranted" is usually used for gold fill.

    Welcome Donna,
My trademarks book doesn't show the mark, however someone will find it.

The watch is an Illinois 4 size(very small ladies watch) that has 11 jewels.

It is a hunting movement made in 1886 and a total of 37,500 were made of that grade.

It is lever set and the plates are made of Gilt.

It would be considered a "Private Label" because of the "Keystone" signature on the plate.

The Elgin Watch Case Co. trademark below is the only trademark that I could find that was anywhere close.

My bet would be on lower grade gold, something in the 8K to 10K range. If I remember right I had a similarly marked example a while back.

Looks like a nice original watch and I like the oncoming train engraving within the Keystone shaped border.

    Donna,

I'm with Fred on the gold content of the case and I am really with him on it being a nice watch. The Keystone on the movement paired with the keystone engraving on the case is really something. I love it.
