    Key-wind watch with brass movement stamped, "Vacheron & Constantin" on reverse. White enamel dial is imprinted, "Vacheron Et Constantin Geneve" and has hour in Roman numerals. Watch set in convertible gold case (open-faced or hunting case). Inner case has open-faced front and dust cover is stamped inside with "65837" and outside with "Vacheron & Constantin in Geneva, Hands, Detached Lever No. 65837 Thirteen Jewels." Back covers on both inner and outer cases are stamped, "M&B," "G" and "18K"
