I think that NAWCC members may borrow (by mail) microfilm copies of the Jewelers' Circular from the NAWCC Library and Research Center.

I believe that these are currently being digitized so as to be available (to members) online

Thanks Jim for the link, I had a look for the issues I am chasing but does not seem to be there, it appears that I need Vol 47, looks like I might have to look around a bit more
