Here is another cool little clock I inherited from my Grandfather. It’s a Jerome & Co. Carriage Clock. I’m intrigued by the inscriptions on the upper frame of the back door and the bottom. The upper back door has “3.50”, which I’m assuming was the price. The bottom has two inscriptions. I can’t make out all of it, but one appears to have the date “6/93”, and the other looks like “8/04”. I would greatly appreciate any input on your interpretations of the inscriptions and possibly what the significance of the two dates might be. Obviously, the clock is missing the alarm bell on the bottom and the original winding key that would’ve resided in the clip pictured on the base. If anyone has either of those parts, I would gladly purchase them. PM me if you think you might have what I’m looking for.
