Jefferson Mystery clock running slow

I tore down the face, cleaned and reglued the glass into the bezel. Cleaned & reinsert the leaf springs. It's loosing 10 minutes over 12 hours.

Any ideas? Can the motor be adjusted to speed up?

I was thinking 50/60 but it would speed up the clock to
run a 50 Hz on a 60 Hz line.
You have something dragging someplace.

As far as something dragging - the minute hand is screwed through the glass (through the mounting) with the hour hand and geared counter weight on the back.

I can't tell if there is something wrong with the motor, driving the glass??

I don't think it is a problem in the hands, unless it wasn't tight
on the glass and slipping on the glass.
10 minutes drag there would leave the weight off to the side,
instead of staying straight down.
The problem has to be the motor or drive gears.

Assuming the motor is running correctly, and the cycles per second (60Hz) is not an issue, the other options are 1) the motor gear or internal gears may be slipping, or 2) the motor gear is binding against the ring gear. The manufacturer recommends that the teeth of each only be engaged about halfway into each other, and definitely not fully engaged. Motor gear shaft might also be slightly bent causing intermittent binding
