So I got this over a year ago. All in one piece when I bought it. Sadly arrived in pieces. Got my money back and got to keep the pieces. Looked at it in disgust for a year and finally tackled it. So what do you do. Curious to see what others have possibly done. This is one of 2 marble cases I've fixed.
Top square holding movement was in 3 pieces. The base 1/4" everything is sitting on was in 5. The bottom rectangle was broke in front and back in 2 pieces each and cement base in 2.
All clean breaks
Took marble super glue 2 part and went to work. Grinder sander and a bit of top filler and this is it. I went to try and have pieces made and it was impossible. Nobody was slightly interested and would have been way way beyond what this clock cost. I'm happy great runner and of I ever sell will give full disclosure of what was done.
