    And maybe how old :???::???::???:
    It is a free swinger & the clock is 52"

    I would think Japanese. The double movement feet are a clue.

    The case itself is very much like oriental cases we have seen and is nothing like the Ansonia Regulator A.

    Or possibly Korean. There's a very similar one at my sister's home they bought years and years ago. It runs 30 days on a winding

    A lot of these Rocco (sp) cases were made in the Phillipines back in the 1970s and 80s. To some extent they were still being made recently, with Chinese (?) movements.

    As already mentioned, the movements came from Japan and later Korea. Most were 31 day but some of the older ones were 8-Day.

    I want to say Thank you very much.
    The 86c on the movement made me wonder.
    Philippines.

    Be careful of the finish. Some of these are more a picture finish and do not repair as a wood stained finish will. This one looks like a Korean model I repaired for a client after movers dropped it.
    If the movement is an 8 day Japanese it is probably a better movement than the Korean or Chinese 30 day.
