I showed this couple years past as a fortunate buy of less than scrap value for my wife who never used it. In fact being new condition with all papers and box from 1968 indicates little or no use. Small but heavy and perhaps uncomfortable with a sharp edged thick heavy solid gold band. Fine jewelry with an interesting to me very tiny mechanism designed by Omega. Image from Omega reference book here.
Another interesting to me miniature Omega design is the 1955 Ladymatic that was optionally available as an adjusted certified chronometer. I respect the technical skills demonstrated by these miniature mechanicals. Unfortunately a microscope needed to
better appreciate them and not fun to work on. artbissell

I serviced one these a couple years ago they are so small that you have to awful careful with the balance the hairspring on these is tiny. I do remember how good the watch ran after cleaning and a new mainspring... Quality movements to be so small.
