Attached is a photo of an Ingraham Clock that I am repairing.

What are the dimensions of a typical mainspring for this clock
such as W-T-Length.

3/4x18x96 are sold as replacements but are too strong for most American movements. The size Willie posted is better.

I agree. Will's figures are what was original to the movement, but they were grossly over powered so that they would run longer. Willie's recommendation is what most of us use to replace them.

The spring charts I have indicate the original spring size as 0.017" x 3/4" x 96". I agree, 0.0165" x 3/4" x 108" is good. There is plenty of room in this movement for the extra length.
