Info needed on Gustaf Becker

Picked up this nice little Gustaf Becker single weight regulator for a steel.

In nice working condition an complete. Like the size as it is quite a small case and movement.

Any ideas on date and model.

Hello,

The company put serial numbers on all its movements and I believe there are several websites that have assigned approximate ranges to serial numbers.

Tran Duy Ly published some Gustav Becker catalogs and you might find clock in it. However sometimes finials have been lost and improperly replaced so it may make identifying a bit of a challenge.

If there are only six numbers in the serial number and that number is 102503, the most likely year of manufacture according to the lists I found at antique clocks price guide dot com is 1875. David, Owen.or
