I have had this clock for 25 years. I got it from an estate sale so I have no idea how old it was at the time of purchase. It's been sitting on my desk for that long and my wife has not liked it for 25 years. I finally replaced it with a horse statue. Any general info would be appreciated as I know nothing about the clock . I just liked the look of it. Over the years I never winded it up . I just did and it works fine .I was going to pass it along to my daughter but she doesn't want it . Same taste as her mom I suppose.

    Welcome to the forum.

These "Imperial, Made in Italy" clocks have show up on the board in the past.

Apparently, they had Hermle movements in them and were of 1980s vintage.

If you open the back of the movement, remove the bell (if it has one) and take a clear picture of the back of the movement, we may be able to provide you with more information.

    Regards.

1983 Hermle movement with balance wheel escapement and ting-tang half hour strike on two bells. Hermle rose to prominence during the post-WW2 years and just about took over what was left of the German clock industry by the early 1980's.
