Can someone tell me how rare this pocket watch?
Tocayo;

Illinois serial number 4,730,683 is a 16-size, model 14, Bunn Special grade movement. 8,000 were made, making it a somewhat common movement.

However, the dial is unusual. I don't think I've ever seen one like it.

Cool dial, though my thought is far more likely an aftermarket product than an Illinois or Illinois/Hamilton factory produced piece.

Illinois did make a small number of original enamel dials with 24 hour arrangement of this style for one hour hand revolution per day, and apart from their usual 24 hour numbering these original enamel dials are consistent with typical Illinois dials of their period in terms of material, signature, and font.
