Identify this pivot polisher

I am new to clock repair. Previously, I have polished pivots by hand. Recently, I came across a watchmakers pivot polisher for sale that has a maker’s mark stamped on it. The mark is a ”C and an S” with a rooster in between them. Can anyone identify the maker?
