Identification of westminster movement

From a repairmans horde it is missing both fans, one barrel and its spring. With the unusual finish on the plates i would like to get it running. Can anyone identify the maker? The markings tend to make me think its German.

Yes, I believe it's German and I have seen this unusual finish on the plates before. Now if I could only remember when and where........

Thanks to everyone for the effort. It is currently in the ultrasonic. The markings remind me of hand scraped ways on a lathe or milling machine.

It resembles a Mathias Bäuerle GmbH product but I make no guarantees of its ID. Biggest aspects that stick out to me are the pinwheel locking disc, chime hammer curvature, and the movement's plate finishing.

I agree it's a Mathias Bäuerle. Production date circa 1924.
Here movement a little younger, there are differences:
