I just acquired this monster from a local resale shop. It's running perfectly both time and strike train. I strikes on the half-hour and hour. I haven't had it delivered yet but I'm estimating it's about 36" high and 18+" wide. It weighs in at probably 40-50 lbs. I can find no information anywhere on the clock as to it's manufacturer or age.

Any help on manufacturer, date or reasonable price on this would be appreciated.

Thanks !!

I believe your clock is an Asian reproduction. Most likely from Korea. Here is a thread on a similar clock: Click Here

Many of these cases were made in the Philippines and they came in at least three sizes. The older ones from around 1970 had nicer cases than some of the later ones. Willie X

S. LaRose sold these American style repo Asian clocks back in the 80's. All were 31day & hour and 1/2 strike. This style was offered in two sizes. The "Grand" 56 1/2 high and 22" wide for $195.00 and the "Baby Grand" 36 1/2" high and 14" wide for $99.50. My husband liked the big clocks so naturally we got the "Grand".
