Can anyone tell me anything about an IBM Model 90-9 . It looks like some kind of master clock. Has what looks like a mechanical Seth Thomas balance wheel movement and a slave movement as well. If you need pictures I can send them to your email address. or email me at atime@comcast.net Thanks

Hi, Cooke. Welcome to the message board. Are you sure the model isn't 91-9??
That was the workhorse master clock from the 1950's up to about 1980. Yes it has a Seth Thomas movement. The mainspring is there only for running during power interruptions. It is driven by a rotor and field, or a synchron motor. Two motors are used, one to wind the clock and one to run it. If I am wrong on the model number, please email me some pictures.
