I have a movement that has a 51mm dial, sitting on top of a 49.3 movement. The movement is a stem wind at the 3:00 position, lever set at the 4:00 position, ¼ hour repeater at the 6:00 position and finally a chronograph push button at the 2:00 position. I acquired the movement with no case for it. Prefer full hunter....
