I made this depthing tool...

I found the plans for this tool and was needing one so i made it.

Light and accurate and cost 15.00. Metal pins are chime rods.

Made from 1/2 in. Lexan in about 4 hours.

I have a project that will require it and am waiting for a cold winter day to procede.
I did practice on an old movement to see if it will work and it does.

Looks quite nice. I especially like the clear plastic & seeing all the items 'float' in midair.
