I.D. of French maker

Please help me identify the maker of a French clock I picked up today. The mark is a bell with the letter B above and E to the left and S to the right of the bell. Will include links to the pics,I apologize I cannot get my camera to take a better picture of the trade mark but I think you will be able to see it located right above the bottom post.Clock is dirty and untouched but is running,plan to rebuild and correct the "blotched" repairs that have been made through the years.Note the blob of solder at the end of the bell stand(why ask why).Thanks for any info you can find,Kent
