Translation:

I got a TISSOT watch to change the battery, but I don't think it needs to be opened from the back at all.
But only from the glass, does anyone know such a thing?
The watch is 18K gold, the model written inside is H675330
It has an ETA 255111 movement,
Its stem consists of 3 parts and I can't get it back
If anyone knows and can help me?
Thanks

I think it would be unusual, although probably not unique, to have a quartz watch in a monocoque case. However, being that you have what you're calling a 3 piece stem (Does this include the crown?), it may well be a one-piece case used for water resistance. If the lower section of the stem, not including the crown, came out, you are going to have to remove the movement to get to the set-lever to reinstall the lower end. Images of back and sides of the case will make it a lot easier to help you get to the guts of it. Good luck.

It would always help if you submit pictures of your problem. Do it via the Attach files button bottom left of the message window.
MrRoundel is correct in saying that if the whole stem is out, you may have to pull the watch apart. Particularly if the movement is an ETA. I'll speak more about that later.
However, if the stem won't go back in at all, it may be possible that the movement has turned a little in the case and you aren't hitting the centre of the hole.
