    G'day,
I just posted what I thought was my first contribution (in 6 parts :) ) but realised that it was a 'Conversation', when I really wanted it to be a thread under European Pocket Watches. Can I move it over or do I have to re-post it from scratch?
    Thanks
    Duncan

It is possible for moderators and administrators to convert one or more posts in a thread into a conversation, and it is possible to convert a thread into encyclopedia content, but, so far as I know, there is no way to convert a conversation into a forum thread. You will have to start a thread, and then you can copy and paste the conversation contents into it. Any attachments, however, may have to be reattached to the thread.

You can use the practicing and learning forum to see what happens before making the final thread in Eur. PW's.
