American PW Disassembly How Open Waltham Mainspring Barrel?

My 645 movement has the barrel type that does not seem to have a removable arbor. Is there a way to remove the arbor so the mainspring can be serviced?

This jeweled barrel screws together. Put the ratchet wheel back on the arbor with the screw. Then grasp the barrel with one hand and unscrew the arbor by grasping and turning the ratchet wheel.
