Can y'all give me a guess as to the date of this battered old Ingraham?
Thanks as always.
Somewhere around 1911?
If there is not a date code on the front of the movement, it is before 1897.
It's in Tran's Ingraham book. The PREMO No. 3, dated 1928. 18" long, 10 1/2" high, Iveroid Dial, non-tarnishable gilt sash and engraved gilt base. The No. 3 is supposed to have nickel columns and trimmings. Nos. 1 and 2 have gilt columns and trimmings. No. 1 has two columns per side and a swag, No. 2 has 4 columns per side.
End of an era.
