How do i match a platform escapement to a clock ?For example the Haller clock i have. :?|

Oh sure, Kevin! Sounds like an easy question, doesn't it? :D Most of the replacement parts are problematic in one way or another, so I guess if it matches the mounting holes and fits, that's the first hurtle. After that, you have to play it by ear. The most common complaint is timing, and there aren't any good answers that I'm aware of :)

Hello is it a drop pinion escape platform. If so how many leaves on the pinion and what is the pinions depth. Can you post a picture Cheers bill@fixoclox
