How do I slow down the clock with this type of pendulum?

My clock is running far to fast. In 24 hours it’s more then 1 hour. But on this pendulum there is no weigh in the end to adjust. Should there be one or can I change anything else on this type of pendulum? If the answer is yes, where do I get one and are they different sizes? Can I put some other weight on the backside of the pendulum that makes it more heavy, or will this just ruin the balance of it?

I know this is a Becker clock as Tanya identified it, but my clock has a Junghans movement. Maybe that is not right for this pendulum. Can this be a reasonable explanation for the speed?

regards
Jacob

We are just guessing as we need photos of the movement, however look at the suspension spring it may be replacement with one that is to short? The length is more important than the weight of the pendulum.
