I think the 4th corner may have been 'Europa'?
Thanks.a verry nice friesian "Staart clock" , quiet early. There are people in the Netherlands that specialize in this kind of clock. You can obtain a chain and weight from them.Google with ""Friesian staart clock" or "schippertje clock".

Hmm I'll have to look closer It doesn't look like it had anything there. As a finish carpenter very familiar with wood. There is no fade marks, glue, screw holes or signs of anything being there. It only has 1/2 flat edges on top which wouldn't hold a chimney well like many of the others I'm seeing online. But hey I didn't even know what they were called before I came here lol.Nice find! I think you would find the holes if the chimneys were there. It should have ornaments.
My thought would be early 19th, late 18th century.
Like others said google "staartklok parts" and you should find what you need
