Hermle 340-020 movement is running TOO fast

Hello I am working on a Hermle 340-020 movement. I dismanteled, cleaned and oiled the whole clock but the problem is that it is running TOO fast.

In 1 hour it gains 3-4 minutes. I tried regulating the balance wheel and added 4 little weights to it and it stills going too fast. I also tried using another balance wheel and installed another mainspring barrell from another clock.

Should I try to add more weight to the balance wheel?

This has been covered here many many times. I would guess that you might have the most popular topic ever covered on this message board!!!

So, I would respectfully suggest that you search the archives and read a few hundred previous post and report back on how you are doing, specific problems, questions, etc.
