Hermle 1171-850 project is completed

Thank you for all the help! I built this clock with parts I pulled together from a local clock shop and eBay. Then I reached out to everyone here for help in setting up a test jig and getting the clock working. I did not use any plans, but I did use a photo of a clock I liked and scaled the picture to get the dimensions and the right perspective. I had a budget of $600 but it ended up more like $800 completed.

The paint is from Lowe’s Valspare Furniture &Cabinet paint. I had them mix it just black. Satin. 3 or 4 coats, brushed on and smoothed with a foam roller. 400 grit between coats

Painting it made the build much easier, I was allowed to fill small gaps instead of perfect joinery
