I got this marble Henning Rotating clock. It's a little slow. How do I regulate the speed? Thanks

You sell it to me and you never have to worry about it again. That is a very unique clock. I would love to have one. I'm searching for one now. I'm sure you can get that one repaired. It's probably the motor. Thanks and good luck with it. Danny

I figured it out. The top finial comes off and you have a square peg like many that have on the face. A little bigger them those. I think there's actually supposed to be an insert in the finial so you don't actually lift off to adjust. Must be missing. I think also that threaded tube is supposed to screw in lower but it won't.
Still it's running and keeping closer time.

Nice clock. If it were running fast, I'd suspect it was made for a 50 cycle electrical system and running on a 60 cycle outlet. But running slow doesn't match that theory :)

There's an adjuster under the finial.
