Help with pocket watch hairspring

Hi I recently got a watch and everything looks fine on it but for some reason the hairspring won’t start up. It spins freely and the mechanism has power but it just won’t keep going (see video below for example)

There are multiple things that could cause that. Lack of power, lack of impulse, a bent pivot or arbor .....
You'll probably need the help of a watch guy for a small clock like that.

Thanks but may I ask what’s a lack of impulose?

That's the function that sends the balance wheel back the other way with enough force to continue in operation. It's a particular angle cut on the face of the escape wheel teeth.
