Help with Identification of Tiffany & Co. Watch

Hello, any help ID'ing this Piece or helping Date or Ballpark Price Estimate would be Appreciated. Serial Numbers are Pictured, Looks to read: 1129651 .There is also an etching on the back reading: 63-7-HB (Might not be OG) . These appear to be the numbers but I could be off, take a look for yourself and see what you think. I could not find any information on this watch online. A client is already interested in buying, although I am unable to give a solid price, so am consulting with this community. Leather is dry rotted, missing hands, back glass broken, missing front glass and presumably cover, bow on top, u can see the gears in the back move but the hands don't move. There are two serial numbers, both pictured. The piece itself is super heavy, a truly substantial piece. This watch was found at a rummage sale, and needless to say it was rather cheap. The mechanism is really magnificent. I don't know the Model or age of this watch but would be interested if anyone in this community could help out. Thank you!

• The "6-37-HB" is most probably a repair in June 1937 by "HB".
• No knowledge of the clock, but have watched Antiques Road Show enough to know that Tiffany rebranded the finest European clocks and watches to sell in their stores.

They used Jaeger LeCoultre a lot for these types of clocks.

Zooming up the photo, does not look like too many jewels in the movement.

I can see twelve, it may have thirteen. Which is quite a lot for a small clock.
