help to identify maker of English tall case clock

Hello, I recently bought an english grandfather clock with a painted dial. The makers name is mostly obscured but it looks like his first name was Joseph (probably). The dial maker was John Wilkes & Son who used this stamp between 1820 and 1831. Does anyone have any idea who the clock maker from the timeframe 1820-1831 might be??
