Help needed Private Label Rockford

I've had this early Rockford key wind in my collection for several years. I cannot decipher the name of the jeweler on the back of the movement. We think it's Swezy? but can't find any reference in Middletown NY for that name. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks, Brian

He is listed in the book The Empire State: Its Industries and Wealth 1888 according to Google Search
He was a jeweler that sold watches, clocks etc. See if this link will do:

Great New York private label. I know the town Middletown, NY well
and I have some PL's from that town(city) as well.
