Help in identification of brand of ladies vintage wrist watch needed !!!!!!!!

Hi,
I come across this forum in the hope that all you experts out there might be able to help identify the brand/make or even year of a ladies wrist watch I inherited from my grandmother.

All I have apparently been told about the wristwatch that it is possibly Cartier and that there is a 4 digit serial number on back of watch.

I believe the watch strap has been recently replaced. It looks Art Deco to me but could be 1910's ??

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Many Thanks,

That is an extremely beautiful Art Deco watch, but you would need to show the movement inside to have any real chance of identification.
You would also need to let us know what it says on the movement, any marks or numbers, and any markings on the inside of the case back too.
It looks to be either solid gold or platinum, if the gems are real.
The watch looks to be late 1920's-early 1930's by the style.
