Crossed arrows signify Hamburg Amerikanische Uhrenfabrik (HAU). It appears to have been made in August 1933, if I am reading the numbers on the right leg correctly. If I remember correctly, HAU was taken over by Junghans in 1930, but the name and logo continued to be used for some time. Maybe someone will correct me if I have misspoken.

    Hi,
The movement is indeed by HAU. However, the hands and dial are not original and look to have been somewhat home made. Probably someone's attempt to modernise the clock. It appears that this clock spent some time in Spain, likely in Zaragoza. Enrique Nadal (the name on the dial) was likely a retailer (obviously not the original one). Perhaps he was the one who made or had made these changes.
    Regards.

I was thinking that perhaps the movement was imported for a special local make for advertisment purposes. It is a steel dial and a lot to go through for a one off. I know this was done a lot with pocket watches. Did HAU export their movements to clock makers?

That tag is just from a moving furniture company.

The name on the dial as said is from a local clock retailer on Zaragoza (Spain).
