Help identifying this watch, please

    I picked up two of these along with another which I wanted. I have no idea what these are, they are similar in size to an American size 6s, I don't know European sizes. I'm posting this here because it doesn't appear to be made by an American manufacturer that I can discern and the serial number marking is more of the English style than anything American.

    Note that I took one apart and there were no identifying marks anywhere else on the movement, just more copies of the serial number and what appeared to be a part number.

    Here is the picture, any help would be appreciated.

    Looks very Swiss. It has a Longines look but as noted in another thread I do not have access to my references.
