Help identifying the manufacturer of this clock

This is another of my clocks that I acquired some years ago but I know nothing at all about it, I have no idea who the manufacturer was/is.

I cannot see any specific makers name or mark but maybe I am looking in the wrong place. I can only gues that it's european maybe german but that's just me guessing.

I can only see some numbers on the movement. The numbers are 46325 on the centre bottom of the movement with a seperate 22 to one side

It needs to some work as the chimes don't work and the chime/strike hand is missing. The clock itself runs well and keeps good time despite the movement looking like it needs a good clean up.

Any clues where to look would be appreciated.

I'd also be inclined to think it is German but with no maker's mark I guess you may never know who made it, maybe 22 is the pendulum length in centimeters but I am sure others will know more.
