Only information I have is pictured. Nassau Watch Co., 7 jewels, non magnetic, swiss, unadjusted, LXA, 24-37. Inside of the case shows Illinois Watch Case Co. Spartan, 0827436. Trying to find out any information about this pocket watch.

Hi,
I think it is rather a Unitas 133 caliber base there is just a small difference with the escapement wheel bridge, this kind of modification was commonly done.

Thank you so much for the help. So probably manufactured late 1930s, but nothing specific since the only serial number is for the case itself, right? My wife was a caregiver for the original owner in his later/final years, but only thing she knew about the watch was that his initials are engraved on the back of the case.
