Over the next couple of weeks we will be performing software updates on the forum. These will be completed in small steps as we upgrade individual software addons. You might occasionally see a maintenance message that will last a few minutes at most.

If we anticipate an update will take more than a few minutes, we'll put up a notice with estimated time.

I bought this online and was advertised as a Christmas Cuckoo. Besides the rear rack it has wooden flutes with a screw and nail securing them. I was thinking maybe East German.

Well shows my lack of knowledge. After looking for an example on line this thing is a mystery. Maybe some one here has seen one it is relatively well built for what it is. I recovered the bellows, disassembled, cleaned and though it was missing the back door and pendulum when I got it together I didn't realize the gathering pallet also had taken a hike. Interesting the three plate set up to make a compact movement.

Steamer,
We're you able to come up with a gathering pallet?

Not yet. I was kind of hoping to at least see another example maybe even get lucky enough and find a parts movement. I've searched everywhere and have not seen one like it. I may have to try and make one.
