I researched for the model number of your HAC / HAU movement, but I could not find your movement. It is a unique movement, especially the design of the backplate. Your backplate has a 'half-moon' cutout above the strike barrel.

what details are missing

The movement is time and strike (your clock does not chime) and your movement appears to be missing the hammer that is needed to strike a gong. The gong and gong bracket are also missing.

The clock appears to be missing the hour hand.

You may also be missing the suspension spring.

I see a pendulum bob but no pendulum.

Based on the size of the pendulum bob, my guess is your mechanism was meant to fit in a wall clock, but I suppose the movement could also fit into a mantel clock.

I estimate the movement was made circa 1900.

Perhaps others will add their observations.

nobody’s don’t knows what is this.
