I have some drawings made by this person in 2013, but I have had no success trying to find out about him or contacting him.

I found him on bookfinder.com. He has written a book -- in Dutch -- containing drawings and sketches. He may be the person you are looking for.

    Hi Frank

I checked but my Dutch is zero and I didn't find anything. Most books seem to be reprints of 1800s books and not relevant.

What book were you referring to?

Now that I translated the title of the book using google translate, I see it doesn't appear to have anything to do with any drawings. Printed in 2016, it translates to: "The Prince and Johan de Witt or our country in the second era of the first unrestrained government."
