Ter, looks like a German grandmother size clock, that likely has Westminister chimes. Not a bad looking clock. Movements in these are decent quality.
Looks suspiciously like a Gustav Becker from the late '20's early '30's. Any possibility of getting a photo of the back of the movement? That would be the best starting place to find out who made it and when.
