I'm still confused why this watch a model 106 with an flag anchor D on the movement would have flag H on the front? Could this simply have been a repair/replaced dial. Also how long would one expect the watch to run on a single winding? more pics on this website.https://mb.nawcc.org/album.php?albumid=120

Usually the flag markings on the dial should match the one stamped on the movement, so I would say it is likely that sometime in its life, your watch had the dial replaced. If the customer was in a hurry, or the watchmaker couldn't get the correctly marked dial, he would replace it with one he had on hand that would fit. Usually the owner wouldn't care, its the current day collectors who really fret about these differences.
Your watch should run between 25 and 32 hours on a full winding.
