I came across an ad for a Model 21 which had "US Maritime Commission" printed on the dial. The serial was 2E10236, also on the dial. I read where 1,500 of the M21's were produced for the Commission. Were they used for private cargo vessels under contract to the government? Did they go on to "Liberty" ships? Unfortunately, no box was available. Is this watch collectible? Thanks, Jeff
