• Upcoming updates
Over the next couple of weeks we will be performing software updates on the forum. These will be completed in small steps as we upgrade individual software addons. You might occasionally see a maintenance message that will last a few minutes at most.

If we anticipate an update will take more than a few minutes, we'll put up a notice with estimated time.

i have two movements of gustav becker silesia on has a P26 stamp(and has a shorter pendulum bob) and the other a P42 stamp(and as a large pendulum bob) is it possible to switch those pendulum bobs on the other movement and if not does it have to do with the number of teeth on the escapewheel

Note : the movements look nearly identical to each other and the parts will fit in both movements

thanks in advance, Cosc

According to The Clockmaker's Beat Book 2015, the P42 should have an escape wheel count of 34 teeth, and 7 pins on the pinion. Compare the P26. It should be the same if you think you can swap parts. The BPH is 6217.14.
