Welcome to the message board! Can you show more pictures of the movement, like the other side? There might be a serial number there or some logos which will help the dating.

Hi i just made picture of the other side and their is a number inside the back plate with 7 numbers ( 2428699 ) and i start striping the movement in back to see if their was somme auther logo or date but nothing tank for your advise

That serial number suggests that the clock was built around the middle of 1922.

Do you no if that movement is a rare type or it has been made in a big quantity
I presume it's a rare one because i repair clock since 2010 and it is the first one i see like it

I haven't seen as many 3/4 Westminster chime clocks on auction compared to clocks with the full 4/4 Westminster chime.
This does not make it objectively better than a 4/4 Westminster chime.

The objective of a 3/4 Westminster chime was to save on manufacturing costs by using fewer parts, making it
more approachable to families with little money who wanted a chiming clock.

While your clock was made in 1922, the movement still appears in the 1924 catalog as follows:
