During the 15, 30 & 45 second position the stop pin slips off the stopper plate. I've tried to clean it, oil it, follow the other movement parts affiliated with this issue but no solution. Sometimes it catches but mostly it does not. Would love to hear what you have to say. Thanks for your help.

Here's a video of the issue.

Here's a close-up video of the slipping stop pin.

I think this stop pin is arriving too late and the stop lever blade pulls away. Not familiar with this clock, but I think either the wheel that holds this pin needs to be advanced a tooth so the stop pin arrives earlier, or the little cam gizmo needs to be retarded a bit so the stop lever does not withdrawal quite so soon. Perhaps someone else more familiar with this one will come along.

I sent a new video of the actual pin slipping inside the movement. Does this make more sense?

Yes. Look at these two frames from the video. It is clear that the stop pin is not being arrested by the stop lever blade. It looks like the stop blade retracts just as the stop pin is making contact. It happens in a blink in the video even in slow mo. It looks like the pin is coming on station late, or the stop blade is retracting too early. If you watch carefully as the chime is about to end and stop the fan and allow it to turn 1/2 turn at a time while looking at the stop lever blade as the pin approaches, you should see what's going on, and hopefully jhow to correct the problem. Don't bend anything to fix this. Find what is controlling the stop lever and perhaps that can be adjusted, or you may need to unmesh that stop wheel and align it so the pin arrives earlier. I'm not familiar with this clock, but with it in hand, you should be able to sort it out.

FIXED! You were right! I was trying to figure out EXACTLY what you meant and then it hit me. The grooved spool was on the upswing just as the pin was making contact. So I picked the smallest groove, loosened the spool and turned the spool back a few millimeters. Now it works PERFECTLY! I've been trying to figure this out for a week. Thank you so much, Jeff!

Once in a while I get lucky. Glad you got it sorted out.
